Yes!! You heard it right, England bans plastic straws, plastic stirrers and plastic stemmed cotton buds. Businesses will no longer be able to sell these products. A win for our environment. Don't fret if you feel like you'll miss the straw, there are tons of alternatives. I easily found some fascinating substitutes from the classic paper straw, wheat straw, bamboo, papaya leaf and even pasta straws! People sure are getting creative out there. Whats even more amazing is that people are paying attention and want to create green products, so that we can live in a cleaner world.
