I love the Academy of Sciences because I get to see extraordinary creatures that I would never be able to experience on my own. It's the perfect venue to get into the mood of exploration and appreciate nature. This is also the perfect opportunity to check out the nocturnal animals. Sea...op! What is Nightlife at the Academy of Sciences anyway? This event occurs every Thursday for adults 21 and over, to walk, mingle and explore the Academy of Sciences wild exhibits while listening to live music. Adult beverages will also be provided with an additional purchase. Each week has a different theme. Luckily for us, SF Bazaar is hosting the evenings event! Which allows us to show off Shrimp 'n Lobster. What a treat!
While you're there say hello to the Academy of Sciences celebrity residents! Claude the Albino Alligator as well as Methuselah, the oldest living aquarium fish swimming 90 years and counting!
